This handy little code entitles the recipient to a free ticket to a show of their choice, and it’s super easy to buy and redeem!

How to buy and redeem your Live to your Living Room gift voucher
Visit the Live to your Living Room store to buy your gift voucher.
Alternatively, click on Memberships & Gift Vouchers when you visit our events page.
Select the price of the gift card you want to buy. Please note that all the different pricing tiers entitle the recipient to the same performance:
- Standard: The typical price for a Live to your Living Room ticket – £18
- Pay a bit less: Ideal if you’re on a budget, or are used to paying the concession price for tickets – £12
- Pay a bit more: Perfect if you want to show your support for the artists who play, or the gig ticket is for multiple people – £30
Pay what suits you – no catch, no questions.
Select the number of gift vouchers you want to buy, then click Next.
Fill in your name and email, and enter your card details.
Once the transaction is complete, you’ll receive an email with your unique gift card code – ready to send to the intended recipient, or to print out and pop in a card!
When your recipient is ready to redeem the voucher, they can go to the Live to your Living Room events page and choose who they want to see.
Next, they need to select the ticket type and quantity specified in the email they received and click Next.
Then under use promo, credit, or voucher code, they enter the code they were sent.
The code will activate and will show that there is no transaction charge. All the recipient needs to do is enter their name and email (so we can send them the link to the show), click Next, and Click here to complete this order.
We’ll then send them all the information they need to attend the gig!

How long do gift vouchers last for?
They last for 12 months after purchase.
Are gift vouchers valid for all tickets?
Yes – recipients can buy any ticket for any artist, as long as the gift voucher is redeemed before the expiry date.
Help! My voucher code isn’t working
If your voucher code isn’t working – check the following:
- That your code hasn’t expired
- That it’s been typed in correctly as it’s case-sensitive (we recommend cutting and pasting it from the email into the box)
- That you’re entering it into the Use promo, credit, or voucher code box rather than the Use membership code box
