Not sure who you’ve booked tickets to see?
Accidentally deleted the email containing your Zoom login details?
You can now manage your gigs with our ‘My Tickets’ feature. And the great thing is, it’s easy to get started!
Here’s how to access and use My Tickets in four simple steps:
Step #1: Access ‘My Tickets’
To get started, click on the ‘My Tickets’ link at the top of our website – between ‘Events’ and ‘ONEAudience.’
Alternatively, you can access ‘My Tickets’ here.
Enter your email address in the box that appears. This needs to be the email address you used to buy your tickets.
Click the ‘I am human’ checkbox, and then click the green ‘Get a secure login link’ button.
Step #2: Check your email
Go to your email inbox and wait for an email from Live to your Living Room. This email will contain a unique link you can use to manage your tickets.
Click on the green ‘Manage your tickets or items’ button to get started, or copy and paste the link below the button into your browser.
This link will only last for an hour. If it expires before you can click on it, just go back to step #1 and enter your email address again.
If you haven’t received your email after five minutes:
- Double-check you’ve used the correct email address
- Make sure there aren’t any spelling mistakes in the email you entered
- Check your spam or junk folder

Step #3: Access your tickets
Once you’ve clicked on the link, you’ll be able to view all the tickets you’ve purchased in Ticket Tailor, including order numbers, how many tickets you’ve purchased for each event, and how much you paid for each ticket.
If you want to check out an order in more detail, click on the dark grey ‘Manage order’ button.
Step #4: Find out more information
Once you’ve clicked into an order, you have the option to view or print your gig ticket. This will show your event details, as well as the link and password for the Zoom stream.
You can also resend your gig ticket to your email address.
