Live to your Living Room forging ahead with state-of-the-art remote production system technology

Oct 8, 2026

Our team has been successful in its application for additional CreaTech Frontiers funding for phase two of our exciting Remote Production System.

We will use the funding to research, develop, and test a brand new remote production system, which will allow anyone, regardless of skill and experience, to run a professional hybrid gig. By which we mean a gig that has an audience that is in the room as well as online.

Our journey so far

At the end of 2025, following a very competitive application process, we won £10,000 of funding from CreaTech Frontiers to develop a plug-and-play solution for remote vision mixing.

Before then, we offered remote sound mixing, where we sent audio equipment to artists, which our engineers could access remotely to mix over Zoom. We wanted to investigate how we could do a similar thing with visuals to significantly improve production values and make shows more appealing to online audiences.

With CreaTech Frontier’s funding and support, we successfully developed and tested a proof of concept with our venue partners, proving that small teams without technical experience can mix a live gig’s cameras remotely.

Phase two of the project takes things further. We want to turn this validated proof of concept into something everyone can use and establish a route to manufacture to create an affordable, accessible, and environmentally-friendly system that’s available to grassroots venues, rural communities, and independent artists.

“Breaking down the barriers”

Our Technical Director and Co-Founder Pete Ord is managing this exciting project: “Our goal as an organisation is to not only facilitate online gigs, but empower music venues to host their own hybrid gigs, breaking down the barriers that may be preventing them from doing so.

“Phase one of this project showed us that remote vision mixing is possible. In phase two, we aim to simplify and redesign the system and test it across a wider range of venues as well as with artists playing gigs in their homes.

“A third of our audience is disabled, and online gigs are a lifeline to them. With generous funding and support from CreaTech Frontiers, artists and venues will not only be able to develop additional income streams, but also enable disabled, older, and isolated audiences to keep listening to the live music they love.”
