Training and consultancy offers

This is a menu of things you can work on with us, with prices you can put straight into a funding application. You might just take one thing, or put together a few to build a clear path to a future goal.

For full details and prices please download our offers document using the options below. The full document also contains worked five-year example packages, along with paragraphs of text you can adapt for funding applications.

If what you need isn’t here, do ask. Most of what we do started as a conversation with a partner about something we hadn’t been asked to solve before.

What’s free, and what’s paid

It’s important to us that everyone can benefit from what we’ve learned while doing this, so there will always be elements of our work that we publish for free, and which will always stay free. That includes our quick-start guide to hybrid gigs, the ONEAudience diagnostic, and our funded ONEAudience cohort programme for grassroots music venues. If a cohort place suits your needs best, we’ll tell you that instead of trying to sell you something.

What you’re paying for here is work that’s scoped around your organisation and your programme, and that happens when you need it rather than when our programme runs. If you’re applying for funding you might prefer to budget for some paid consultancy rather than hoping you’ll get a place in the funded cohort.

How pricing works

We price work on organisation turnover so that a smaller organisation can afford the same work as a larger one. It’s the same principle we use for our own ticket prices, where we offer three price options and people choose the one that suits. Those who can pay, do, and that’s what keeps the work within reach of everybody else.

All prices exclude VAT, and we’ll honour whatever we agree in a partnership agreement, whenever the work ends up happening. Full price tables, worked five-year budget examples and text you can adapt for funding applications are all in the document linked above.

Next steps

If you’re thinking of including us in a funding application, the most useful thing is a conversation before you write the budget. We can scope the work properly, give you an exact figure, and make sure that what you write matches what we’ll actually deliver.

We’re just as happy to talk to organisations who aren’t sure yet whether any of this is for them, just book a free thirty minute discovery call.
